摘  要:目的研究复方岗梅冲剂中岗梅、水杨梅的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法分别取岗梅药材、水杨梅药材、复方岗梅冲剂及阴性制剂的乙酸乙酯提取液,于硅胶板中,以甲苯-乙酸乙酯-冰醋酸(10:YAN Yuan,3:1)作展开剂展开,氨熏后在紫外灯(365nm)下检视。结果供试品色谱中,在与对照药材色谱相应位置上,显相同特征的斑点。阴性制剂图谱无此斑点。结论本法快捷,图谱清晰,重现性好,阴性对照无干扰,可作为该制剂质量控制标准之一。OBJECTIVE To study the TLC identification of Gangmei [ llex asprella ( Hook. et Am, ) champ, ex Denth. ] and Shuiyangmei [ Adina rubella ( Sieb. et zuce. ) Hance ] in Gangmei compound granules. METHODS The extracts of Gangmei, Shuiyangmei and its preparation were subjected to TLC in development systems. Toluene-acetic ether-acetic acid ( 10: 3:1 ) was used as development reagents. RESULTS Special spots could be observed at 365nm on positions corresponding to Gangmei, Shuiyangmei and Gangmei compound granules respectively, while the negative control showed no spots. CONCLUSION The chromatogram is clear and good reproducible, the method is highly exclusive and can be used as one of the quality control standards of Gangmei compound granules.
