前方牵引对单侧完全性唇腭裂术后Ⅲ类骨性错患者牙颌结构的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨单侧完全性唇腭裂(UCLP)术后Ⅲ类骨性错患者前方牵引矫治后牙颌结构的变化。方法选择替牙早期UCLP术后Ⅲ类骨性错患者20例,采用前方牵引方法进行矫治,观察其治疗后牙颌结构的变化。结果矫治后患者SNA角(鼻根点至上齿槽座点连线与前颅底平面的夹角)增大2.29,°ANB角(鼻根点至上齿槽座点连线与鼻根点至下齿槽座点连线的夹角)增大2.96,°上切牙轻度唇倾,下切牙舌倾。结论前方牵引可有效促进UCLP术后Ⅲ类骨性错患者上颌骨的生长,牙颌结构有明显改善。Objective：To study the skeletal and dental changes after maxillary protraction in patients with skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion referring unilateral cleft lip and palate （UCLP）. Methods： 20 patients with skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion referring operating on UCLP in early mixed dentition were selected and treated with maxillary protraction. Their skeletal and dental changes were observed. Results. The SNA angle was raised 2. 29°and ANB angle was 2.96°, the maxillary incisors tipped labially and the mandibular incisors tipped lingually after maxillary protraction. Conclusion： Maxillary protraction is effective on the growing of maxilla, the skeletal and dental changes are obvious.
