摘　　要：【目的】探讨开颅手术对颅内转移瘤的治疗价值。【方法】回顾性分析本院1999年～2004年手术后经病理证实的脑转移瘤的病理分型及预后。62例颅内转移性占位病灶。直径2．0～6．5cm，平均3．2cm。【结果】本组62例，40例获得全切。15例次全切。7例部分切除。手术＋放疗中位生存期为9．33个月。【结论】对颅内转移瘤的手术治疗要正确地掌握手术适应证，尽可能全部切除肿瘤。术后辅以放疗及综合治疗。多可延长患者生存期。生存质量得到提高。[Objective]As the tumor incidence increasing year by year, the amount of cases died of cerebral metastases goes up, yet it remains to be seen whether the cerebral metastases have the indication of operation. The text is to explore the therapeutic value for surgical management of the cerebral metastases. [Methods]Retrospective analysis of the pathological type and the prognosis of the cerebral metastases verified by the pathology after operation in recent 5 years was made. Among the 62cases with metastasized intracranial occupied lesion, their diameters were 3.2（2.0-6.5） cm. [Results]Among 62 cases , 40 got complete excision, 15 got incomplete excision, and 7 got partial excision. After operation plus radiotherapy median survival period was 9. 33 months. [Conclusion]The operating therapy for cerebral metastases should be done carefully according to the indication of the operation. The tumor should be excised as wholly as possible. Surgery with the radiotherapy and comprehensive therapy would probably prolong patients＂ life,and inprove their life quality.
