摘  要:采用气相色谱法研究建立了同时检测苹果中5种拟除虫菊酯类农药(甲氰菊酯、功夫、氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯和溴氰菊酯)残留的分析方法。该方法农药残留物用乙腈提取,弗罗里硅柱净化,添加浓度分别为0.5、1.0、2.0 mg/kg,回收率在78.16%~104.26%,最低检出限在0.012 1~0.028 4 mg/kg,相对标准偏差在3.2%~7.1%。该方法简便、准确,分离效果好,回收率高,完全符合农药残留分析的要求。A simplified method of determining five pyrethroid insecticides (fenpropathrin, cyhalothrin, cypermethrin, fenvalerate and deltamethrin ) in apple was established, Standards were fortified into apples at three levels, 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0 mg/kg. The pyrethroid insecticides were extracted with Myclobutanil and cleaned-up with Florosil columns, The extractives were analyzed with VARIAN CP-3800 gas chromatography equipped with electron capture detector (ECD). The analysis of fortified apple showed mean recoveries were ranged from 78.16% to 104.26%, the minimum detectable concentration was ranged from 0.012 1 mg/kg to 0.028 4 mg/kg, and their relative standard deviation was varied between 3,2% and 7.1%. The method was rapid, simple, sensitive and applicable to the determination of fenpropathrin, cyhalothrin, cypermethrin, fenvalerate, and deltamethrin in apple.
