摘　　要：介绍了在国际贸易中技术性贸易壁垒的特点,概述了我国企业在开展食品出口贸易时所遇到的技术性壁垒的形式和应对措施。The protectionist policy in foreign trade for food and the method of technical harriers to trade （TBT） were introduced in detail. The discussion was focused on the countermeasures against TBT and the protectionist policy to the national industry by means of TBT.
