摘 要:目的:研究温肾方对实验性自身免疫性甲状腺炎(EAT)大鼠肿瘤坏死因子α影响。方法:通过RT-PCR方法对SD大鼠EAT甲状腺组织TNF-α的测定,了解温肾方等对EAT发生的干预机制。结果:EAT大鼠的TNF-α水平均明显高于温肾方组、雷公藤组、对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温肾方可能通过对TNF-α的抑制而对EAT能起到有效的预防及治疗作用。Objective:To investigate the effect of Wenshenfang in the treatment of experimental antoimmune thyroiditis (EAT) by observing the level of tumor necrosis faetor-αlpha(TNF-α) in thyroid tissues. Methods:An EAT model was established in SD rats by injection of swine thyroglobin combined with adjuvant. Its mechanism was studied by detecting the relative expressions of TNF-α. Resuit: The relative expressions of TNF-α were fewer in normal control and the rats treated with Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook for Wen- Shenfang than in EAT rats without treatment (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Wenshenfang has a therapeutic effect on EAT. The mechanism by which Wenshenfang exerts its effects may be by the suppression of relative expressions of TNF-α in thyroid cells.
