摘　　要：脂联素是一种由脂肪细胞分泌的具有抗炎和抗动脉粥样硬化作用的肽类物质。现已发现,脂联素可阻止动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展。文章对脂联素在脑血管病,特别是缺血性卒中方面的最新研究做了综述,同时阐述了脂联素与其他传统血管性危险因素之间的密切关系。Adiponectin is an adipocyte-derived peptide with anti-inflammatory and anti-atherogenic effects. It has found that adiponectin can prevent the occurrence and progression of atherosclerosis. This paper reviews the recent studies on adiponectin in cerebrovascular diseases, especially on ischemic stroke. Meanwhile, it also elaborates the close relationship between adiponectin and other traditional vascular risk factors.
