摘 要:目的评价各种镀膜钕铁硼磁体的生物相容性。方法将托槽、不同镀膜及末镀膜磁体加入大鼠牙龈成纤维细胞培养3d,以AlamarBlueTM法测细胞活性,倒置相差显微镜观察细胞形态的变化。结果结果显示托槽、镀氮化钛磁体组的AlamarBlue还原率分别为(69.0±3.6)%、(73.5±3.8)%,对照组为(74.2±4.7)%,无显著性差异(P>0.05);而其余各组培养细胞的AlamarBlue还原率与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。倒置相差显微镜观察结果显示,空白对照组、托槽组及镀氮化钛磁体组在细胞数量,细胞核形态,细胞贴壁状态等方面均正常无差别,而未镀膜磁体组中央细胞已经失去正常形态,完全被磁体锈蚀产物黄染,边缘未见细胞生长。结论镀氮化钛钕铁硼磁体具有良好的生物相容性,未镀膜钕铁硼有细胞毒性。Objective To investigate the biocompatibility of different coating NdFeB magnets.Methods Rat gingival cells were cultured with brackets,different coating NdFeB magnets and bare magnets,AlamarBlue TM and invert microscope were used to examine the cell activity and changes of cell shape.Results Compared with control group (74.2±4.7)%, brackets (69.0±3.6)%,titanium nitride magnets(73.5±3.8)% have no significant influence on cell activity (P〉0.05),while others significantly inhibited the cell activity(P〈0.05).The cell number,nucleolar shape and seeding condition in control,bracket and titanium magnet groups were same and normal,but cells of bare magnet group in central lost normal shape, cover with yellow corrosive product,no cell growth at the margin. Conclusions Magnet coated titanium nitride has good biocompatibility,and bare NdFeB magnet has cytotoxicity.
