呼吸道肿物经内镜电凝切除2例

摘　　要：目的:探讨支气管镜、胃镜联合应用行呼吸道肿物电凝切除的疗效。方法:在静脉全麻下,经高频喷射通气,心电监护仪监护,支气管镜、胃镜联合应用,经电圈套器分次电凝切除肿物。结果:经电凝切除术后,肿物完全脱落,创面无渗血,术中术后无严重并发症发生。结论:对呼吸道肿物行电凝切除治疗有损伤小、愈合快、费用低的特点。Objective： To explore the effect of respiratory tract＇s tumor using bronchoscope and gastroscope. Methods. Under the general anesthesia, the tumor were excised with electric coagulation via electro-snare, combining use of high-fernquency jetting ventilation, ECG monitoring and bronchoscope and gastroscope. Results.. Tumor were complete ablated and the wound surfaces without hemosshage after excision. Conclusion. It was less injury, fast healing and little cost by excising with electric coagulation for respiratory tract tumor.
