摘  要:目的探讨雌兔甲状旁腺的结构与位置以及在不同年龄、不同生理状态下雌兔甲状旁腺的结构变化.方法用连续切片间隔贴片法对不同年龄及不同生理状态下的15只雌兔甲状腺及其毗邻组织进行光镜观察.结果不同年龄及不同生理状态下,雌兔甲状旁腺光镜结构无明显差异,其实质均由主细胞组成.无嗜酸性细胞.从与甲状腺的关系,甲状旁腺的位置可分为三类,按例数多少,依次为甲状腺旁、甲状腺实质内及远离甲状腺.结论雌兔甲状旁腺光镜下仅由主细胞组成,不同年龄、不同生理状态下无明显差异,但是否有功能改变,尚待进一步的研究.甲状旁腺的位置变化较大,与其胚胎发生发育过程有明显关系.To research for the structure and position of parathyroid and the structural change of parathyroid in the female rabbits with different olds and different physiological states.Methods The thyroid glands and its adjacent tissues, which were sectioned serially and mounted on glass slides at regular intervals observed in light microscopy, in 15 female rabbitswith different olds and different physiologicalstates.Results In different olds and different physinlogical states, structure of the parathyroid gland in female rabbits was not obvious different. Parenchymal cells of parathyroid glands was composed of chief cells and not oxyphil cells.According to the relation between the thyroid gland and the parathyroid glands, position of the parathyroid glands was divided into three classes, the parathyroid glands near the thyroid gland were the most in case members, ones within the thyroid gland were middle and ones far away the thyroid gland were few.Conclusion In different olds and different physiological state, the change of parathyroid gland function in female rabbits should be searched. It was considered that positional large changes of the prarthyroid glands in the female rabbits were interrelated to occurence and development of the parathyroid glands in embryo mic period.
