论高等职业教育产学研合作人才培养模式

摘　　要：通过对目前高职教育产学研合作现状和面临的主要问题的分析,提出了学校、企业、政府三方的责任和义务。学校要转变思维方式,强化市场意识和服务意识;企业要构建全新的经营理念,以人为本,集约经营;政府部门要转换职能,为建立产学研合作人才培养模式提供政策保障。Through analysis of current status and main issues faced in higher vocational education enterprise-college cooperation, three partners＇ duty and responsibility among college, enterprise and government are put out in the paper. College should change the way of thinking, strengthen market and service consciousness. Enterprise has to construct new management philosophy, people oriented and intensive management. Government departments have to change function to provide policy guarantee for enterprise-college-research cooperation training mode.
