摘　　要：针对扩招给高校毕业生就业指导服务工作带来的问题和挑战,高校应结合学校自身实际情况,在加强就业市场调查和前景预测,切实解决规模与质量、专业发展与市场需求的矛盾;进一步加强和完善就业服务指导机构;丰富和创新就业指导内容和方式;培育、完善就业市场体系,为毕业生创造更多更好的就业机会四个方面进行的新探索。According to the problems and challenge of graduates employment instruction from enlargement of enrollment in higher learning institutions, higher learning institutions should strengthen employment market survey and prediction based on their own situation, solve the contractions between scale and quality and specialty development and market demand, further strengthen and complete employment instruction agencies1 enrich and innovate employment instruction content and method, cultivate employment market system and create more and better employment opportunities for college graduates.
