摘  要:对两种热塑性纤维金属层板(AlTwintex和AlCurv)的成形性进行了试验研究。通过拉伸试验测得了两种层板的机械性能参数,发现AlTwintex和AlCurv层板相对铝板具有更为优良的机械性能,适合于冲压成形;不同温度预热后的弯曲试验表明,成形温度对两种层板的成形性有较大的影响。Forming characteristics of two kinds of thermoplastic Fibre-Metal Laminates (Al Twintex and Al-Curv) have been studied through special experiments in this paper. The mechanical properties of FMLs under room temperature were carried out and the tensile experimental results showed that the two kinds of FMLs had the excellent mechanical properties comparable to aluminium and they were all fit for stamping; the results of bend tet under different of preheating temperature showed that temperature affected the Forming characteristics of these FMLs evidently
