摘 要:目的研究乌金草挥发油的化学成分,为乌金草的开发利用提供理论依据。方法称取干燥的乌金草全草粗粉,经水蒸气蒸馏,得蒸馏液,将蒸馏液用无水硫酸钠脱水干燥,放置24 h,过滤,得乌金草挥发性成分。采用GC-MS方法,结合计算机信息库综合分析。结果从乌金草挥发油中共检出62种化学成分,得率为生药量的0.93%。应用GC-MS-计算机联用技术分离鉴定出了其中44种化学成分,占总检出量的70.97%,其中主要成分为β-蒎烯(含量为24.35%)和桉叶油素(含量为18.05%)。结论乌金草挥发油的化学成分与细辛属植物挥发油的主要特征成分明显不同。Objective To study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from Asarum caulescens Maxim. Methods By steam distillation, the valotile oils were obtained from Asarum caulescens Maxim. The chemical constituents were isolated and identified by GC-MS-Database analysis. The relative contents of each compound were determined by area normalization method. Results Forty-four compounds from the volatile oil were identified, accounting for 70. 97% of the total, including 24.35% of β-pinene and 18.05% of eucalyptol. Conclusion The study provides a chemical basis of this plant resource as a medicinal herb for further research and development.
