摘　　要：主要总结学院多年来在第二产业人才培养方面的经验,力图构建与二产发展相适应的高职人才培养模式框架。It summarised experience in second industry of talented persons fostering for many years in Jiangxi Polytechnic College, and tried hard to construct a frame of talented persons fostering which adapts to the second industry development.
