摘　　要：板坯横移车是现代炼钢厂连铸工艺技术中的重要设备,由于增产节支的需要,而对其进行承载能力挖潜。为此对其车架金属结构部分作了动态应力测试及有限元计算分析,并作了加固增强处理。The billet transporting car is an important equipment in modern steel-making plant. In order to increase the output and decrease the cost, the load carrying capacity of the billet transporting car needs to be fully exploited. The dynamic stress of the steel structure of the billet transporting car is tested and analyzed, and the strength of the steel structure is enhanced.
