摘  要:黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrusfulvidraco)是近年被无意引入到抚仙湖的外来鱼类,自2002年以来在渔获物中已形成了较为稳定的产量。根据2002年9月至2005年5月采集的708尾标本对抚仙湖黄颡鱼种群的年龄和生长特征进行了研究。以脊椎骨作为年龄鉴定的材料,表明种群的年龄分别为雌性0+-5+龄6个龄组和雄性0+-7+龄8个龄组组成;拟合的VonBertalanffy生长参数为雄性L∞=294·68mm,k=0·2476/y,t0=-0·0298y,W∞=209·93g;雌性L∞=257·13mm,k=0·2476/y,t0=-0·3329y,W∞=184·45g;生长特征参数分别为=4·3324(♂)和=4·1665(♀)。雄鱼体重生长的拐点年龄为3·1龄时,重60·98g;雌鱼为3·6龄,重54·47g。与其它种群的生活史特征相比,抚仙湖种群表现出年龄结构复杂和生长缓慢的特点,这些变化是黄颡鱼在抚仙湖建立种群过程中为增加总体适合度而作出的一种适应性响应[动物学报52(2):263-271,2006]。Pelteobagrus fulvidraco (Richardson) was introduced accidentally to the Lake Fuxian as an alien species a few years ago, and has presented a relative stable output in catches since 2002. Age and growth characters were studied using 708 specimens collected from November 2002 to May 2005. Ages were determined by reading annuli on vertebrae. The estimated age ranges were between 0^+ - 5^+ years for females and 0^+ - 7^+ years for males. The growth parameters used to fit the Von Bertalanffy equation were L∞ = 294.68 mm, k = 0.2476/y, t0 = - 0.0298y, W∞ = 209.93 g for male and L∞ =257.13 mm, k = 0.2219/y, t0 = -0.3329 year, W∞ = 184.45 g for female. The growth performance indices were φ♂ = 4. 3324 and φ♀ = 4.1665. The inflexion point of age and body weight was estimated at 3.1 years and 60.98 g for males, correspondingly, 3.6 years and 54.47 g for female. Compared with the data of literature in native regions. These results suggest there were typical characters of a complex age structure and a relatively slow growth in Lake Fuxian population, which would be adaptive responses to increase the total fitness of P. fulvidraco in process of population establishment .
