偏头痛患者血浆中β-内啡肽含量观察

摘　　要：为探讨β-内啡肽与偏头痛发病的关系,我们用放射免疫法测定了44例无预兆偏头痛患者与25例正常对照者的血浆β-内啡肽水平,结果发现β-内啡肽水平在偏头痛组较正常对照组降低;男性患者组较女性患者组低。提示偏头痛患者很可能存在内源性阿片肽系统某个环节的缺陷。In order to explore the relationship between beta-endorphin and migraine at- tack,the plasma beta-endorphin level in 44 cases of migraine without aura and 25 cases of normal controls were determined with radioimmunoassay.The results showed the plasma be- ta-endorphin level in migraine without aura was lower(239.0±156.4pg/L)than that in normal controls(407.5+257.4pg/L),and in male patients was lower(147.2+79.5pg/ L)than that in female(269.7+164.4pg/L).The possible defect of endogenous opioid sys- tem in migraineurs was suggested.
