摘 要:目的了解腕关节韧带的解剖学特性。方法成人腕关节标本34侧,其中32侧甲醛固定标本,另2侧为新鲜标本。解剖观察腕关节韧带的起止、走行、与关节囊的关系及韧带的毗邻;并测量其长度,每条韧带测量其中段宽度、厚度。结果腕关节韧带包括掌侧韧带、背侧韧带以及内在骨间韧带3个部分。桡腕掌、背侧韧带长而宽,腕关节韧带掌侧较背侧强韧,同时数量也较多。腕骨间韧带短而厚。结论腕关节相邻韧带多形成“V”结构,起着稳定腕骨和腕关节作用。Objective To investigate the anatomical properties of carpal ligaments. Methods Thirty-four cadaver specimens of adult wrists were prepared and dissected for the study,of which 32 were fixed in formalin,and another 2 were fresh. The observation included the origin, insertion, course and spatial relationship. The measurement included length,middle segment width and thickness of each carpal ligament. Results Carpal ligaments ineluded 3 parts: palmer, dorsal and interosseous parts. Radially the palmer and dorsal wrist ligaments were long and wide. The palmer ligaments were generally stronger and more in number than the dorsal ligaments. The interosseous ligaments were short and thick. Conclusion Adjacent wrist ligaments oriented in many V -shaped configurations ,which maintain the steadiness of wrist and carpal bones.
