摘　　要：目的了解全国城市社区卫生服务站2000—2002年的收入情况。方法对61个市区所属的2000年及以前建立的224个社区卫生服务站的收入情况进行了问卷调查。结果在社区卫生服务站收入结构中，药品所占比重最高，医疗收入其次，补助收入所占比重低且逐年下降，不足以支付医院人员的劳务费。结论社区卫生服务站经营补偿机制的不合理促使社区卫生服务站形成了以药养医、以医养防的恶性循环，这一方面加重了居民的负担，另一方面也使社区卫生服务站忽视了基本医疗服务的提供，降低了服务的质量与效果。Objective To find out the condition of income in the community health service stations （CHSS） from 2000 to 2002. Methods A questionnaire survey covered 224 community health service stations established in 2000 or before in 61 cities was carried out to investigate the income. Results Among these stations, the income from drug occupied the highest ratio, the income of medical treatment, the next; and the income from the assistance made the lowest and came clown year after year so that it could not pay the stuff. Conclusion The current financing compensatory mechanism is unreasonable, being in a vicious circle to support medical care by drug and prevention by medical remedy, which not only increases the burden of residents, but also makes CHSS neglect the basic medical services, and the qualities and effects of services are decreased.
