摘　　要：目的:观察在保留面神经腮腺肿瘤切除术中电刀的应用。方法:对32例腮腺肿瘤患者应用高频电刀行浅叶切除或区域切除术。术后面神经功能采用H-B系统进行评价。结果:应用电刀切除腮腺肿瘤可造成短时神经失用,但长期观察未见有永久损伤。结论:腮腺肿瘤切除术中应用高频电刀具有副作用小、手术时间短和减少出血的优点。Objective： To evaluate the application of high frequency electro scalpel in parotid gland tumor resection. Methods：The parotid tumor resections in thirty two patients with the parotid tumor were performed by high frequency electro scalpel. The function of facial nerve was evaluated by House-Brackmann system after the resection. Results ：Temporal paralysis was occurred after the resection,but there was no permanence paralysis in long term. Conclusion：This approach has many advantages,such as shortening operation＇s time span ;little blooding. It＇s a practical method in parotid tumor resection.
