双侧原发性乳腺癌的临床分析

摘　　要：Objective To study the characteristic and the prognostic factors of bilateral breast cancer.Methods 18 cases of bilateral breast cancer patients treated from January 1997 to January 2005 in our unit were retrospectively analyzed.Result The median age was 56.8 years.10cases were the synchronous bilateral breast cancer,8 cases were the metachronous bilateral breast cancer.The first breast carcinoma: 4 cases were stage I,10 cases were stage Ⅱ,4 cases were stage Ⅲ.10 cases were ER positive,5 cases were PR positive.The second breast carcinoma: 12 cases were stage I,5 cases were stage Ⅱ,1 cases was stage Ⅲ.9 cases were ER positive,6 cases were PR positive.Conclusion For the breast cancer patients,we should pay more attention to their contra lateral breast.The therapy of bilateral and unilateral breast cancer are just the same.The survival rate is similar for the bilateral and unilateral breast cancer patients.Generally speaking,the stage of the second breast cancer is early than the first one.To study the characteristic and the prognostic factors of bilateral breast cancer. Conclusion For the breast cancer patients, we should pay more attention to their contra lateral breast. The therapy of bilateral and unilateral breast cancer are just the same. The survival rate is similar for the bilateral and unilateral breast cancer patients. Generally speaking, the stage of the second breast cancer is early than the first one.
