摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌的CT表现及其诊断价值。方法对63例经手术病理确诊的胃癌CT表现进行分析。结果CT能清楚地显示胃癌病变的全貌以及与病变周围脏器的关系。结论胃CT检查有助于胃癌的诊断,能发现淋巴结及脏器的转移灶,有助于临床制定合理的治疗方案。Objective To investigate the CT manifestations and diagnostic values of gastric carcinoma. Methods The CT manifestations of the sixty-three cases of surgically and pathologically proved gastric carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed. Results CT could detect all the tumors and reveal the extent of infiltration of the adjacent organs clearly. Conclusion CT is very useful in detecting metastatic lymphadenopathy and assessment of tumor staging, which is very helpful for making rational therapeutic plan.
