摘　　要：在介绍科技型中小企业权益融资现状及其困境的基础上,分析CEPA的签署和实施能为广东科技型中小企业提供良好的融资环境,并提出在CEPA的有利条件下,加强粤港两地的金融合作,健全资本市场体系,以拓宽科技型中小企业的权益融资渠道,弥补资金缺口。On the basis of introduced the present status and difficulties of rights and interests financing about the small and medium-sized technological enterprises, this paper analyzed that CEPA would provide a good financing environment. Then put forward that it is propitious to enlarge the financing channel and supply the capital gap by intensifying the financial cooperation between Guangdong and Hong Kong, and perfecting the capital market system under the CEPA condition.
