摘　　要：公私合作能够充分发挥公共部门和私营部门的比较优势,是实践企业社会责任的有效途径之一,已经在世界范围内被广泛应用。中国光彩事业扶贫项目构建的“光彩模式”正是一种公私合作的框架,公司、农民、政府和非政府组织4个不同的参与者在该模式中都担当着重要的角色,并发挥各自比较优势,共同实现脱贫和经济发展的目标。本文详细介绍了光彩事业的发展历程,剖析了光彩模式的合作关系,指出其合理性及赖以成功的关键要素。The cooperation between the public and the private sections, one of the effective channels to enterprises' performing their social responsibilities, which can bring into full play the comparative advantages of the two sorts of sectors, has been widely applied in the world What is called the 'Glorious Model', created in conducting programs of China's cause for helping the poor to start an undertaking called 'the Glorious Cause', is a framework of the collaboration between the public and private sectors, within which all the participants of companies, peasants, the governments and non-governmental organizations play an important role respectively, giving free rein to their own comparative advantages, jointly materialize their objectives of ridding themselves of poverty and developing economy In this article, we have introduced in detail the course of development of the Glorious Cause, analyzed the cooperative relationship of the 'Glorious Model' and pointed out its reasonableness and vital factors that guarantee its success
