摘　　要：术前介入化疗是结直肠癌的重要治疗方法之一,现对结直肠癌术前介入化疗的概念、发展过程、临床意义、生理及分子生物学基础、病理观察和适应证等方面进行综述。Preoperative intervention chemotherapy is one of important therapeusis for coloreetal carcinoma. In this article we review on the research advance of preoperative intervention chemotherapy of colorectal cancer systematically, which include the concept, the development process, the clinical meaning, the physiology and molecular biology foundation, the pathology observation and the indication et al.
