摘 要:采用自制的聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚砜(PDMS/PSF)复合膜制备富氧空气,用于异长叶烯催化氧化,主产物为异长叶烯酮.通过实验,对富氧膜的性能进行了表征,并考察了富氧空气的氧浓度和富氧空气的流量对催化氧化反应的转化率及产率的影响,结果表明转化率随氧浓度和气体流量的增加而增加,而主产物的产率并不随氧气浓度同向变化,其中在31.0%O2氧浓度和37.5 mL/min气体流量下可获得较为理想的产率和转化率.反应体系中无有机溶剂参与,后续分离操作简便,同时避免了溶剂气味对产物香气的污染,反应体系对环境友好.The oxygen enrichment method by membrane-based air separation is one of the fast developing hightechs in recent years. It has the advantage of simplicity, energy-saving, safety and environmental friendship over traditional technique. The oxygen-enrichment air is applied in some fields for improving the efficiency of common air. Isolongifolenone, an oxidation derivative of isolongifolene, is one kind of excellent perfume due to amber and camphor arorrna. In this study, isolongifolenone was obtained as the main product of the catalytic oxidation of isolongifolene with the oxygen-enriched air by polydimethylsiloxane/polysulfone (PDMS/PSF) membranes. The effects of the oxygen concentration and the flowrate of oxygen-enriched air on the conversion and yield of the oxidation reaction were investigated. The results showed that the conversion rose with increasing oxygen concentration, but the yield was not the same case. The high level of conversion and the yield could be achieved under the condition of 31.0%O2 oxygen-enrichment air with the flux of 37. 5 mL/min. Besides, the reaction process was conducted without organic solvent, which made the separation of product mixture simple and prevented the product from organic solvent pollution. This means that the reaction process is friendly to environment indeed, which has high application prospect.
