摘  要:目的观察人月经血中的内膜碎片在小白鼠腹腔内的种植情况,为系统实验研究子宫内膜异位症(EM)发病机制提供依据。方法取含2-4块子宫内膜的无菌培养液0.2ml,注入小白鼠下腹腔内种植。在种植第3天(72 h左右),每日脱颈椎处死1只小白鼠,解剖其腹腔,观察、拍照、记录种植情况,并留取种植灶,光镜检测。结果15只小白鼠大部分种植成功,正常妇女的内膜与EM患者的内膜在初期种植过程中未见明显区别,每只小白鼠腹腔内可见多个种植灶,7d内种植灶可见存活的内膜细胞和腺体,但炎性细胞逐渐增多。结论利用人月经内膜碎片可以在小白鼠腹腔内种植成功,提示月经内膜碎片可作为EM的进一步实验研究标本。objective To provide evidence for endometriosis (EM) pathogenesis by observing the growth of anthrope-menstrual blood endometria in mouse abdominal. Methods During the second and fourth day of the menstrual period, menstrual blood samples were taken from uterine cavity from two EM women and four normal women, centrifugalized at 3 500 r/min for 5 min. The detached endomembrane fragments were then put into the culture fluid (0.9 % NS 4ml, penililin 100μ, gentamicin 40μ). 1. EM model construction method: 0.2 ml culture fluid (containing 2-4 ednometria fragments ) was teken and then injected into the mouse abdominal cavity, followed by intramuscular peuiciline injection (100 ml) in the following two days to prevent infection. 2 Mouse execution method: beginning from the third day since planting, one mouse was executed each day and issues were taken. Results Most of the 15 mouse-models were constructed successfully. There was no significant difference between normal and EM women's endomem-brane in initial planting stage. Multiple planted focuses were found in the abdominal of each mouse. Survival endomembrane cells and glandular organ could be observed on planted focuses in 7 days. Lympho-cytes were however increased gradually. Conclusion The menstrual blood endometria fragment can be successfully planted into mouse abdominal, implying that menstrual blood endometria fragments can further be used as an EM empirical study sample.
