摘 要:该文对谷物悬浮速度进行估算验证了实验测试的准确性,建立了谷物在气流场中的运动学和动力学方程。实验测试的结论及运动学和动力学方程为优化分析提供了参考,通过V isua l B as ic软件优化分析,研究了谷物初速度和气流速度的大小及方向角单因素对谷物运动轨迹和分离距离的影响,得出了影响清选效果的主次因素依次为气流速度、气流速度方向角、谷物初速度、谷物初速度方向角;并得出了各影响因素的最佳调整范围。In this paper, accuracy of experimental testing was verified through estimating floatation velocity of material. Movement equation and dynamic equation of cereal were established in air-stream. With the optimization and analysis by Visual Basic 6.0 on the basic experimental testing and movement equation and dynamic equation, the effects of initial velocity of cereal and air-stream velocity on cereal movement loci and separation distance were studied. Results were suggested that the factors of the cleaning performance effect significante order were air-stream velocity, air stream velocity angle, initial velocity and initial velocity angle, their optimum ranges were developed.
