摘　　要：大股东所有权性质和持股比例都会对监事会治理产生影响。通过实证分析,得出重要结论:第一大股东的所有权性质不同,会对监事会治理绩效产生不同的影响;由大股东的持股比例不同所引致的代理权争夺,更有利于监事会治理绩效的改善。The paper empirically analyzes the impacts of ownership characters and shareholding proportion of big shareholders on governance performance. The results indicate that the difference of the ownership characters of the first biggest shareholder will make different impacts on the governance performance of the supervisory board; the contest aroused by the difference of shareholding proportion of big shareholders will do more for the improvement of the governance performance of supervisory board.
