P_(300)在精神发育迟滞患儿认知功能评定中的应用

摘　　要：对45名正常儿童和33例精神发育迟滞患儿的诱发电位进行研究,旨在证明 P_(300)靶刺激是反映受试者认知功能的一个电生理指标。应用丹麦设备和听觉刺激。结果显示,与正常儿童比较,患儿组 P_(300)靶刺激 P_3潜伏期延迟(P<0.01),P_(300)靶刺激 P_3波幅降低(P<0.01)。作者提出 P_(300)用于精神发育迟滞患儿诊断的若干参考指标和可疑诊断范围,可考虑用于正常儿童群体或高发家系中精神病患儿的筛选,以及协助临床辅助诊断。The cognitive evoked potential(P_(300)) of 33 mental retardates (MR) and 45 age-matched normal children was investigated to see if P_(300) would be suitable for use as an electrophysiological parame- ter for evaluating the cognitive function.The P_(300) was elicited with auditory stimuli and recorded with a set of Denmark DANTEC SEEG-16.Compared with that of the normal child group,the MR group presented its target-P_(300) with significantly longer latency (P<0.01) and shorter amplitude (P<0.01). It was suggested that P_(300) be used as the referential criterion in diagnosing MR.
