摘　　要：随着改革开放和社会主义市场经济政策的实施,中国社会结构发生了巨大变化,中国传统文化也不可避免地受到当代西方文化的冲击,从而引起中国当代文学的巨变,产生了反应这一社会变革的文学样式———打工文学。从它的发生至今已有二十年之久,但文学界对它关注甚少。本文从发生、发展及文学价值等方面对其进行了探讨,认为打工文学不仅真实地反映了的社会生活和人情风貌,给中国当代文学画廊提供了独特的人物系列,同时也生动形象地书写了整个民族在社会转型期的性格特点。With the implementation of reform ＆ opening to the outside world and the policy of socialist market economy in China , the structure of society has changed greatly and contemporary western culture has inevitably impacted on Chinese traditional one, bringing about Chinese contemporary literature＇s change,a new kind of literature subject to reflect the transformation is massively appearing——employed workers＇ literature . It has been almost twenty years since it appeared ,but few of critics pay attention to the literature phenomenon. The author probes its birth , development , literature values and so on. in the essay and holds that employed workers＇ literature doesn＇t only reflect actually the people＇s life manners, but adds a special group of figures to the Chinese contemporary literature , moreover , it records vividly the new character of the whole nation during the period of the social transformation in China.
