胃癌细胞中Stat3的表达及其临床意义

摘  要:目的探讨信号传导和转录活化因子(activated signal transducer and activator of transcription3,Stat3)在人胃癌细胞中表达及其临床意义。方法利用荧光定量聚合酶链反应法测定32例人胃癌细胞和25例癌旁细胞内Stat3mRNA的定量表达,分析这些指标的相互关系及其与临床病理特征的相关性。结果人胃癌细胞中Stat3mRNA的表达明显高于癌旁细胞的表达(P<0·01),与性别、年龄无关(P>0·05),但与组织类别、浸润深度、分化程度、淋巴结转移、分期和大小有关(P<0·05)。结论Stat3mRNA表达上调与人胃癌发生、发展和转移有关。Objective To determine expression of activated signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (Stat3),and its relation to clinieopathological characteristics in human gastric cancer. Methods Expression of Stat3 mRNA in 32 cases gastric cancer and their adjacent noncancerous tissues was measured by fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR). Results Expression of Stat3 mRNA was not correlated with sex,age in human gastric cancer(P 〉 0.05). Expression of Stat3 mRNA in human gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in their adjacent noncancerous tissues( P 〈 0.01 ). Expression of Star3 mRNA was correlated with histological grades, depth of tumor invasion, tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis and tumor size in human gastric cancer ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Our results show that overexpression of Star3 mRNA could play an important role in the development, process and metastasis of human gastric cancer.
