海南省中小学体育师资现状与发展对策研究

摘　　要：用分层随机抽样的方法对海南省中小学体育师资的现状进行了问卷调查,并进行了较深入的分析,提出了今后海南省中小学体育师资发展的目标和对策。The present conditions of P. E. teachers in the middle and primary schools of Hainan province were studied by the stratified cluster sampling investigation and the documentary method , and further analyze it. To put forward the target and developing strategies for P. E. teachers development of the middle and primary schools of Hainan province in the future.
