摘  要:目的研究乳腺良、恶性肿瘤中的血氧及血流量值微量改变,并分析其临床意义。方法选择乳腺癌35例、乳腺良性肿瘤48例、乳腺增生102例为研究对象。全部患者均于手术前测定乳腺肿瘤的血氧及血流值的微量改变,并与手术后的病理结果相对照。结果35例乳腺癌中符合“高血低氧”者30例,符合率为85.7%;不符合5例。48例乳腺增生中符合“非高血低氧”40例,符合率为83.3%;不符合8例。102例乳腺良性肿瘤中,符合“非高血低氧”92例,符合率90.2%,不符合10例。三组符合率相比,差异均有显著性(P值均<0.05)。结论在不同性质的乳腺肿瘤中,血氧及血流量值存在着明显的微量改变。及时检测并进行动态分析,是无损伤检测早期乳腺癌的新途径。Objective To study slight changes of blood oxygen and blood flow in breast carcinoids and malignant tumor. Methods 185cases, including 35 cases of breast cancer,48 eases of breast carcinoids, and 102 cases of breast hyperplasia were studied. The slight changes of blood oxygen and blood flow were examined before and after operation, and compared with pathological results. Results Thirty of 35 cases of breast cancer conformed to" high blood flow and low blood oxygen", with conforming rate of 85.7% ,40 of 48 cases of breast carcinoids conformed to" non-high blood flow and low blood oxygen" , with conforming rate of 83.3% ,92 of 102 cases of breast hyperplasia conformed to"non-high blood flow and low blood oxygen'with conforming rate of 90.2%. Conclusion Different breast tumors have different blood oxygen and blood flow. TI is a new means for early diagnosis of breast cancer.
