中药复方排毒养生胶囊临床戒毒研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药排毒养生胶囊对海洛因依赖临床脱毒治疗效果。方法:海洛因依赖患者580例,随机分为排毒养生胶囊治疗组302例、美沙酮对照组278例;采用《阿片类药物依赖戒断症状量表》(OWS)、焦虑量表(HAMA)评定疗效。结果:治疗d1～d4,治疗组戒断症状完全控制率>80%,d5以后完全控制率达100%;总控制水平稍低于美沙酮对照组,但两组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:中药排毒养生胶囊对海洛因成瘾临床脱毒治疗效果较满意,与常模戒毒药物美沙酮疗效相近,且临床接受率和依从性好,使用安全。Objective： To observe the detoxification efficacy of Paiduyangsheng capsule （PYC）, a TCM drug in heroin addicts clinically. Methods： 580 heroin addicts under detoxification were randomly divided into two groups： 302 cases were included into PYC group, as experimental; and other 278 cases into methadone group, as control. Using the scales OWS and HAWA, their efficacy of decreasing abstinence symptoms and improving anxiety was evaluated. Results： For experimental group in d 1- d 4 the complete control rate was 〉80%, and in d5 it reached 100%. It means that the total control level of experimental group was slightly lower than the control without significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： The efficacy of detoxification of PYC as a TCM drug is satisfactory, approaching to efficacy of control i.e. methadone group; moreover, PYC is acceptable and safe in clinic.
