242例小儿眼型重症肌无力皮质类固醇疗法远期疗效

摘　　要：对采用皮质类固醇疗法治疗２４２例小儿眼型重症肌无力的疗效进行了２～１７年长期随访研究。结果发现远期疗效良好者达１００％，其中完全缓解１６４例（６７．８％），药物缓解５９例（２４．４％），显著改善１９例（７．８％）。远期疗效主要取决于病情轻重，与病程长短也有关系。We studied the long-term(2-17 years )outcome of corticosteroid therapy in 242 cases of childhood myasthenia gravis(MG)of ocular type. At the end of the follow-up period, all of 242 patients achieved good results : 164 of them(67.8%)were in complete remission, 59 (24.4%)in pharmacological remission and 19( 7.8%)appeared markedly improved.We found a close correlation between the therapeutic results and the duration of the disease, and degree of severity of MG.
