摘　　要：作者总结了医科院肿瘤医院收治的５０例成人原发性腹膜后软组织肉瘤的治疗经验。其中３６例行肿瘤全切除，６例肿瘤部分切除，８例探查活检术。联合脏器切除２１次，脏器损伤修补术５次。手术死亡率４％。全切除病人术后复发者占６４％，中位复发时间为１３．５个月。多数复发病人再次接受了手术治疗。用寿命表进行统计学分析，５年总累积生存期为４８％。From 1958 to 1992,fifty patients with primary retroperitoneai soft tissue sarcoms had been treated surgically atCancer Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences.Complete excision was made in 36 cases,partial excision in 6 and surglcalbiopsy in 8 with 4%of operative mortality.En bloc resection of adjacent organs was performed fOr 21 times. The repartion of in-juried organs was necessary intraoperatively for 5 times.Sixty four per cent of completely resected patients have had loral recur-rence with median recurence of 13.5 months.Most of them underwent operation secondly or more.Overall acumulative survivalwas 48%according to statistical analysis with life-time method.
