摘　　要：目的观察玻璃体切割术治疗先天性脉络膜缺损并发视网膜脱离的效果。方法对42例50眼先天性脉络膜缺损并发视网膜脱离的患者，行玻璃体切割术联合硅油填充，术中在高倍显微镜下用眼内导光查找视网膜裂孔。观察视网膜脱离的复位和视力恢复情况。结果随访12～36个月（平均18个月），有43眼视网膜脱离复位，总治愈率为86．00％．术后视力≥0．02者44眼，≥0．05者36眼。结论充分的玻璃体切割术合并封闭缺损区、硅油填充，是治疗先天性脉络膜缺损并发视网膜脱离的有效方法。Objective To investigate the effects of vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade on congenital choroidal coloboma with complicated retinal detachment. Methods Vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade was performed on 42 patients （50 eyes） of congenital choroidal coloboma with complicated retinal detachment. During surgery the tears retinal was located in the colobomatous area under an operating microscope with high magnification and endoillumination,and finally silicone tamponade was performed. Results The follow-up period was 12 36 months （average 18 months）. Complete retinal rcattachment was obtained in 43 eyes. Total retinal re,attachment rate was 86. 00%. Visual acuity were 0.02 or better in 44 eyes, 0.05 or better in 36 eyes. Conclusion Complete vitrectomy with chorioretinal adhesion around the coloboma and silicone oil tamponade may be an effective method to treat congenital choroidal coloborna with retinal detachment.
