西部地区个人意愿教育投资与收益的决定模型及实证分析

摘　　要：在回顾关于中国个人教育投资回报率的研究成果基础上,利用安康市政府机关国家公务员、事业单位管理人员、专业技术人员1999年的资料对收益、文凭(即教育投资)、工龄进行统计分析说明,公众的收益与其文凭、工龄存在着正相关关系.在此基础上,通过建立个人意愿教育投资额的决定模型,证明出个人意愿教育投资的最大额是存在的.并通过分析,得出工龄和回报率是决定个人意愿教育投资额的主要因素.当工资制度偏好工龄,个人回报率低时,个人意愿教育投资额下降;但是增加投资额,效用将增大.With reviewing the research achievements on rewarding rate of individual education investment in education in china, Based on the analysis of the relation between the rewarding rate of individual education and income in the Ankang. we concludes the determining pattern of the investment on individual inclination to education and proves the existance of maximum on it with mathematics pattern and ＂optical control＂. By the analysis,we conclude that standing and rewarding rate is the important factors,which decide the individual inclination to invest in education field, when the salary system lays particular emphasis on standing and the individual rewarding rate is low. The individual inclination to investment in education field will reduce, but if the investment in education increases, the efficiency will increase.
