摘 要:针对双容水箱控制系统,提出了采用实时图像处理的方法来获取水箱液位高度。在实时图像处理过程中,主要是对摄像头获得的实时图像中的两个水箱液位高度进行提取。由于液面目标处于复杂背景下,提取时受到水流和气泡的干扰很大,很难精确定位液面高度。同时考虑到必须应用于水箱控制系统,所以要达到实时处理的效果。文中首先采用帧差检测,初步确定液面位置,再通过对液位高度范围的预测来精确地确定液位高度。不但可以精确确定液位高度,而且符合系统实时控制的要求,最终试验得到了较好的控制效果。For the double - holding water tank control system, we can get the height of the water of the double - holding water tank through real - time image processing. In the real - time image processing, we get real - time image from the camera, firstly. And then, we analyze the continuous images got from the camera. As we all know, it is difficult to get the accurate height of the water in a complex background. There are so much interference in the background, such as light and air bubbles. At the same time, we must make the control system real - time. So the image processing must be real - time. In this article, we get the general area of the water tank, and then confirm the accurate height of water through predicting the area of the water. As a result, we not only get the accurate height of water, but also accord with the reauirement of the real - time vrocessing.
