摘 要:逻辑门限值方法在汽车防抱制动系统的控制中应用非常广泛,四相控制方法在传统的逻辑门限值方法中增加了高压保持和低压保持两个模式,改进了逻辑门限值方法的一些缺点。四相控制方法的关键是门限值的确定,在对车轮受力分析的基础上,推导了确定门限值的三个基本公式。将四相控制方法的控制思路程序化,考虑了载荷转移对防抱制动系统的影响,针对双轮汽车的制动过程进行了计算机仿真。通过仿真验证了ABS四相控制方法在不同路面状况下的有效性及对其研究应用的正确性。The logical threshold value control is widely used in ABS. The four - phase control method studied in this paper adds two patterns to the traditional logicl threshod value control: high - pressure holding mode and low - pressure holding mode, and overcomes some disadvantages of the logical threshold value control. The key point of four - phase control method is the confirmation of the threshold value. The paper demonstrates three basic formulations used to gain the threshold value on the basis of analyzing the forces born by wheels, and programized the control consideration of this method. According to the braking process of two - wheeled car and considering the influence of load transfer on ABS, computer simulation has been carried out. Under the different road conditions, the validity of the control policy and the correctness of the study were verified in ABS applications by computer simulation.
