摘　　要：除规模经济和范围经济外,企业扩张过程中还存在网络经济效应,企业扩张的网络经济效应是指企业在扩张过程中因形成网络结构而产生的正向经济效益,包括技术和组织两个层面。Except for the effects of scale economy and scope economy,there are the effects of network economy in the process of enterprise＇s expansion. The effects of network economy of enterprise＇s expansion are positive economic effects coming from the network structure of enterprises, including the two levels of technology and organism.
