摘　　要：根据生命周期理论,产业集群的发展分为四个阶段:形成期、成长期、成熟期和衰退期。分析了每个阶段的发展特征、主要原因、发展对策及典型案例。最后,我们认为在集群发展的每个阶段都应该不断地检验集群发展的内外条件是否符合集群的发展趋势。According to the life cycle theory, the development of industrial cluster is divided into four stages： formation, growth, maturation and decline, The development characteristics, the main reasons, the measures and the typical case of each stage are studied in the paper, And in each stage the internal and external conditions should be continuously examined to ensure them to conform to cluster＇s development tendency.
