摘　　要：企业实现持续经营的关键在于进行有效的价值创造,而有效的价值创造不能漠视对企业风险的有效控制。具有国企背景的中航油事件再次敲响了国企风险管理的警钟,理论和现实都表明:要实现价值持续健康增长,治理结构尚不完善的国企面临的风险尤其应值得关注和研究。An effective value creation, the key to sustainable business running, cannot afford to ignore an effective control of business risks. The theoretic and practical lessons from the case of China Aviation Oil （S） Corp Ltd are：to maintain healthy and sustainable value development, special attention should be paid to risks endangering state-owned enterprises whose governance structures are still imperfect.
