摘 要:高校教师测评中存在着过度紧张、否定心理、疑虑心理、交易心理、偏见效应、时间差效应、消极应付、亲疏程度、趋中效应、报复心理等导致教师测评效度和性度不高的心理弊障。给出了明确教师测评的目的,培育优秀的测评理念,加大教师测评参与度,严格挑选测评人员并加以技术指导,谨慎处理和利用测评结果,完善测评制度等提高教师测评有效性的措施。In this paper some psychological setbacks were present, which are the causes of the lowness of teacher test efficiency, such as over- tension, nagging psychology anxious psychology, transacting psychology, prejudice tendency, time difference, intimacy degree and revenge psychology. The tactics make the purples of the test clear, try to cultivate fine concept of the test with the em- phasis on the teachers participation in the test. The teachers being tested are to be strictly chosen with technology guidance whose test results are to be carefully dealt with and well utilized.
