摘　　要：提出了一种研究非稳态酶动力学的布尔函数图形方法．利用这一方法，用代数及微分方法处理十分困难的非稳态酶动力学问题便可用相对简易的图形算法来处理．The Boolean function graphic analysis applicable in the steady state enzyme kinetics is extended to the non-steady state enzyme kinetics. The system of one-substrate enzyme catalytic reaction containing two intermediates is used as the actual example to illustrate the graphic analysis.
