摘　　要：超声作为一种无创的检查手段已成为评价肿瘤的发生、恶变、复发的一项重要指标及不可缺少的手段。本文着重对超声在恶性滋养细胞疾病诊断、化疗疗效与预后评价方面的价值做一综述。Ultrasonography as a noninvasive technique plays an important role in the diagnosis of presence of malignant gestational trophoblastic disease, detecting invasive disease, assessing disease recurrence. This article reviews the utility of sonography in the diagnosis, assessment on the efficacy of chemotherapy and prognosis of malignant gestational trophoblastic disease.
