摘 要:通过扇形件拉伸试验,分析了板料在受压失稳前的变形特征以及板料厚度、宽度、皱纹半波夹角对失稳的影响,给出了失稳临界条件表达式,确定了广义折减模数Er.结果表明,板料在失稳前沿受压方向产生压缩变形和挠曲,失稳的临界条件近似与板料厚度的平方t20成正比、与半波夹角的平方α2成反比、与宽度H无关,广义折减模数Er适用于板料弹性变形、塑性变形以及弹、塑性变形情况.The deformation characteristics as well as the influence on buckling from blank gage, width, and half wave angle of wrinkle have been analyzed by tension test of a fan shaped part. The formula of the critical buckling condition has been given out, and the general module of reduction Er has been determined. The result has shown that the blank of sheet metal have compresion deformation and deflection on the direction of pressure load before blank buckling. The critical condition of buckling is approximately in direct proportion to blank thickness t0^2, and in inverse proportion to square of half wave angle of wrinkle α^2, but not related to width H. The module of reduction can be applied to elastic, plastic deformation and elastoplatic deformation cases.
