摘 要:目的:应用有限元法建立上颌第一双尖牙冠根纵折模型。方法:选择一完整的离体上颌第一双尖牙,经CT断层扫描摄片、CT图像处理、有限元建模,建立了第一双尖牙冠根纵折实验模型。结果:建立了第一双尖牙冠根纵折模型,共有 2 433个节点,2 024个三维块单元。结论:将CT技术与有限元法有机结合,可以建成上颌第一双尖牙冠根纵折模型。Objective: Establishing a finite-element model (FEM) of the fracture tooth of first premolar. Methods: The right maxillary first premolar in vitro was scanned and the image was processed. The three dimensional FEM of the fracture tooth of first premolar was been established by the special software. Results:The FEM of the fracture tooth of first premolar was bee established. The total number of elements and nodes created was 2024 and 2422. Conclusion:The FEM of the fracture tooth of first premolar can be established by computerized tomography(CT) and the FEM.
